Bomarzo Monster Park

Bomarzo’s Parco dei Mostri is a treasure trove of stone statues.  I’ve been a few times now and it is well worth taking your time to walk around slowly and explore.

Happy memories of going there in 2001.  In an interesting timing, the ABC is repeating Monty Don’s Italian Garden series, and he was at Bomarzo last week.

So true.  That is interesting timing about Monty Don’s program.  Bomarzo is a novelty garden well worth seeing :-)
